Payroll and Accounting Clerk

Nova Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Payroll and Accounting Clerks to join our team in USA.

Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll and other financial functions of a busy and growing company.
Tracking and reconciling time.
Verifying timekeeping records.
Researching information.
Consulting employees with questions on discrepancies.
Filing and data entry.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
2-3 years' experience

Skills and Abilities:
Must have experience with MS Excel
QuickBooks experience a plus but not required.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Engaging, positive personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
