Position Summary
Responsible for performing all housekeeping functions of the facility and assisting in basic inventory control.
Duties
- Maintain a clean facility by following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintenance of the facility’s outside appearance, including the dock areas.
- Assist in inventory control of supplies
- Painting of the office and/or warehouse areas may be occasionally required.
- Performs job duties safely and follows policies
- Clean the following areas on a regular basis to maintain a presentable and sanitary facility:
- Office areas.
- Bathrooms.
- Warehouse area.
- Control room and dosimetry room.
- Kitchen

Education Degree
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
- Physical and mental ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of the English language or ability to learn tasks and demonstrate competency through visual direction.
- Knowledge of floor buffers and polishing equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers as appropriate.
- Ability to read and understand applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Standing 80%, walking 15%, kneeling 5%
- Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs. Limited lifting over 50 lbs.
- Extensive reaching, grasping, and balancing. Moderate pushing, pulling, and twisting. Limited manual dexterity, climbing, bending and twisting.
